Cooper BBQ part 1

It has been about three months now since the birth of Kimberly and Gabriel’s daughter, Jessica. Both sides of the family, The Wolfes and Coopers, have just been awing over her; it’s been years since there was a baby on either side. Every time someone came over to Kim and Gabriel’s apartment, first thing they want to do is hold baby Jessica. On this day, Kim and Gabriel decided they would bring Jessica to the family by meeting up with both sides of the family at Sly and Carmelita’s house for a BBQ.

Kim and Gabriel left their apartment building early that morning, pushing their baby girl in her new black stroller. Jessica was wearing a brand new pink onies with a little skull design in the middle with a hair bow; which Gabriel’s mother had bought and gave to them the day before. Jessica also has her new plushie Jack Skellington doll right beside her, a gift from her auntie Jennissy. A gift which she likes to nom on.

On their way to Sly and Carmelita’s house, the two of them begin to discuss a topic they have been having the past couple of weeks. It’s about money and the fact either one of them have a full time job. Gabriel does have some money from past heist he has been on with his cousins; it was a good amount to live for a good while. However Gabriel knows they can’t live off that money forever. He might have to start searching for a real job soon. Kim has told Gabriel time and time again that he can go on heist with his cousins; she isn’t keeping him from being a Cooper. As much he would love to do that, there is always the risk of him getting caught. The last thing he wants for his daughter to deal with is visiting her daddy in jail.

They finally arrive at Sly and Carmelita’s house, waiting for them already was Jennissy and Carmen. Their eyes widen with excitement when they see Gabriel and Kim arriving, which means Jessica is with them. The two of them rush over to Kim and Gaby, both can’t wait to hold Jessica in their arms. “Ok you two; I know why you rushed over her.” Gabriel chuckled. He picks his little girl up, along with her Jack plushie. Jennissy was really happy to see that Jessica loved her new toy that her aunt JennJenn bought for her. “You love Jack don’t you?” Jennissy said taking Jessica in her arms. Little Jess just looks up at her auntie and noms on her toy.

The women took the baby inside to see the rest of the family. Gabriel stayed outside just to fold up the stroller. As he was doing this though, he was hearing giggling on the right side of the out. Curious about who was giggling, Gabriel deiced to take a little peek around the corner. He sees Benjamin leaning up against the house, Amanda in his arms; both of them smiling, giggling and looking into each other’s eyes. Ben has lipstick kiss marks all over his face, mostly around his mouth. Gabriel smiles and was going to let them be, however he notices something on Amanda’s finger. It was a ring, an engagement ring.
